The TJ's Precision Painting team has just finished painting this 2 story, residential exterior. Located on campus, the bold red trim, and flat white siding has this house fitting in perfectly.
There was some rotting wood trim, which our team has lots of experience repairing. Instead of opting to replace the wood, the owner hired us to restore the trim. This was a great option and ended up saving the owner lots of money.
You can find a step by step, how to on rebuilding that wood right here, on our blog!

Our team just finished this beautiful three level interior project on campus! Along with a new kitchen and bathroom, this house that was originally built in 1912 looks brand new, and is already rented. Our team finished this nine bedroom, three unit house in a week!
After a week of hard work by our team, we’ve completed this one bedroom apartment right across the street from Lake Mendota. This unit was a total overhaul. Windows were peeling and chipped, there were nicotine stains throughout, as well as tons of wall damage and debris from over the years. There were even burn marks from what seemed to be a firework, which was a first for us!
So we got started on prep work. We spent a day pulling nails, peeling off stickers, and scraping peeling paint. The next step was to hit all the burn marks and nicotine damage with an aggressive primer called Shellac.
We spent the next 6 days painting walls, ceilings, windows, and trim. The walls needed two coats but everything else was able to be covered in one thanks to the Shellac primer. It's always amazing what a fresh paint job can do, and this unit is a prime example.
If you’re interested in renting this unit feel free to contact us and we can put you in touch with the management company.
